General Questions

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Cancellations and edits can be made only if the order has not yet been sent to production.

If the order has been sent to production, it means that the order data has reached print, and may already be in fulfillment. Due to that, it is not possible to cancel the order free of charge at this point.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our selected production partners are all U.S. based. All orders will be printed and shipped from within the U.S.

How are the products manufactured?

Our selected production partners use eco-friendly inks that are water-based, bio-degradable and non-toxic; their production is fully automated and paperless. Using the newest inks and pre-sprays with zero odor.

Returns

What is your return policy?

The Crown Syndicate uses a print-on-demand model, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, please get in touch with us immediately with a clear photo showing the issue.

Shipping

How long does it take until my order ships?

The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.

Almost all U.S.* orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the order submission date. Orders to Canada may take up to 10-30 business days.

*Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

What are shipping costs?

Currently, shipping to U.S. addresses is free.

Where do you ship?

At the moment we only support shipping within the United States, its territories.

Free shipping is offered for all U.S. shipping.

Do you ship to U.S. military addresses?

Our selected print providers are able to ship to military addresses. All APO, FPO, or DPO packages will be shipped via USPS.

Delivery may take up to 15-30 business days.

Digital Orders

How do I receive my digital product?

Once your purchase is complete, you will immediately receive a downloadable document with a link that will take you to a Google file folder where you will be able to download all files to your device.

How am I allowed to use the digital images?

✅ You are allowed to:
Use the designs on items such as social posts, websites, digital creations, mugs, decals, art prints, posters, & invitations for personal use or to sell.

They can be used for personal use and commercial use (according to the terms below). No attribution is required.

What am I not allowed to do with the digital images?

🚫 You are NOT allowed to:
• Share the files for free or for sale.
• Claim ownership of the images.
• Resell or redistribute the designs as is. You must add your own elements to combine with your designs.

Copyright is NOT transferred to the buyer upon purchase.
